The Heads of Government of the Overseas Territories comprise the Political Council of UKOTA. The Political Council provides political leadership and directs the policy and affairs of UKOTA.
The Head of Government of the Chair of UKOTA is the President of the Political Council and the President of UKOTA. The Political Council meets annually.
