EU Overseas
Territories Forum in
the Cayman Islands.The annual EU Overseas Countries and
Territories (OCT) Forum took place in Grand
Cayman in the Cayman Islands, between
the 26 and 28 November 2008. At the
Forum the four Member States with links to
the OCTs (the United Kingdom, the
Netherlands, France and Denmark), the
European Commission (EC) and the OCT. Governments, including members of
UKOTA, discussed a range of topics relating
to development co-operation programs and
sustainable development in the OCTs.
